Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Seapix AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including AI-powered video and image generation, account features, and credit-based billing. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Seapix AI. For privacy inquiries, contact us at support@seapixai.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and authentication data. When you sign in (for example via OAuth providers such as Google), we may receive and store your name, email address, profile image, and provider subject identifier as needed to maintain your session and account.
- Usage and technical data. We may log IP address, approximate region, browser type, device type, timestamps, pages viewed, and similar diagnostics to secure the Services, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
- Content you submit. Prompts, uploaded images, audio, video inputs, URLs, and other materials you provide for generation are processed to fulfill your requests. Some content may be temporarily stored or logged for troubleshooting, safety review, or as required by law.
- Billing and credits. If you purchase credits or subscriptions, our payment processors may share limited transaction metadata (such as confirmation status and non-sensitive identifiers). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers when payments are handled by a third-party processor.
- Communications. If you email us or submit feedback, we retain those messages and associated metadata to respond and improve support.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- Authenticate users, manage sessions, and secure accounts;
- Run AI generation jobs, including routing requests to model providers and returning outputs to you;
- Calculate and deduct credits, process purchases, and handle billing disputes where applicable;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
- Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve product quality and reliability.
4. AI processing and third-party providers
To generate video and images, we send your prompts and related inputs to third-party AI infrastructure and model providers (for example, cloud inference APIs). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We select providers to support the features you request, but we do not control their independent practices. Where possible, we limit what we transmit to what is needed for the task (such as prompt, resolution, duration, and required media URLs or encoded assets).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as language), and measure basic site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit functionality (for example, staying logged in).
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Account data may be kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, security, and legal compliance. Generated assets and job metadata may be retained for operational, billing, or support reasons and deleted or anonymized according to internal schedules, unless we must preserve them for legal reasons.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, contact support@seapixai.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
9. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers consistent with applicable law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
