Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements the Terms of Service for Seapix AI (“Seapix,” “we,” “us”). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. If there is a conflict between this AUP and the Terms on content or safety, the stricter rule applies.
1. No sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW sexual content
You may not use the Services—including any AI image or video generation feature—to create, request, solicit, guide, or distribute:
- Pornography or content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal or gratification;
- Sexually explicit depictions, including graphic sexual acts or sexualized depictions of nudity;
- NSFW sexual content (for example, fetish content, sexual services, or “adults-only” creative requests), whether described in text, implied through reference images, or produced as output;
- Any content that sexualizes minors, or otherwise violates laws or platform rules regarding child safety.
Artistic, educational, or non-sexual depictions of the human figure may be permitted only where they are not sexually explicit and comply with law, this AUP, and our payment partners’ rules. We reserve sole discretion to interpret borderline cases and to refuse service.
2. Other prohibited or high-risk uses
In addition to Section 1, you may not use the Services to:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- Generate deceptive “deepfakes” of real identifiable people for fraud, harassment, or defamation;
- Produce instructions, imagery, or video for violence, self-harm, illegal weapons, or illegal drugs;
- Harass, threaten, or incite hatred against individuals or groups, or generate non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Scrape, overload, or attack our systems; bypass moderation, billing, or access controls; or resell access in violation of the Terms.
3. Prompt moderation (Creem Content Moderation API)
Creem requires merchants offering AI image or video generation to screen every user-supplied text prompt through Creem’s Content Moderation API before the prompt is sent to a generation model. Official documentation: https://docs.creem.io/features/moderation. Creem has stated that this is a strict requirement from May 1, 2026 for merchants in scope. Background for account reviews is described under content safety and moderation requirements.
You acknowledge these processor rules. You must not use the Services in a way that would violate Creem’s policies if screened, and you must not attempt to bypass moderation or safety controls that Seapix or its partners apply.
4. Enforcement
We may refuse, cancel, or delete generations; suspend or terminate accounts; and cooperate with law enforcement or payment partners where required. You are responsible for prompts and references you submit and for your use of outputs.
